Meet Julie Greer

Hi I’m Julie, the heart behind Rounded wellness.

My journey into wellness started from a genuine passion for helping others feel cared for, confident, seen, and able to take a moment for themselves. I’ve always loved creating experiences that help others relax, feel comfortable, and reconnect with themselves as well as with others.

Growing up in a different culture thousands of miles away, moving here and adapting to a new culture sometimes felt like taking a ride on a turtle slow, unfamiliar, and humbling. Over time, I gradually found joy in creating connections through planning gatherings, braiding hair, or even learning how to hug tightly instead of a quick shoulder to shoulder tap three times.
Those moments were not only meaningful for others, but for me as well, they filled my own cup too. Those experiences taught me that true beauty starts from within through confidence, connection, and care.
